At Best Buy Fitness, service and customer satisfaction are paramount. Thanks to our many years of experience in the fitness industry, we not only offer a wide range of new and refurbished fitness equipment from top brands such as Life Fitness, Technogym and Precor, but we also guarantee expert support and maintenance. Our own refurbishment department in Belgium ensures that refurbished machines are in top technical and optical condition. In addition, we have a professional spray painting facility, allowing us to fully customise machines to our customers' wishes in terms of colour and finish.
Our approach to fitness equipment maintenance
For warranty cases, we operate an exchange system. This means that if a machine develops a defect within the warranty period that cannot be resolved immediately on-site, you will receive a free loan machine. The defective machine will then be repaired in our workshop in Kapellen. This way, you never have to go without a machine for longer than a day and can keep all your customers satisfied.
