Warranty

Best Buy Fitness BVBA provides a warranty on (almost) all equipment; the warranty period depends on, among other things, the brand and type of equipment and any promotions applicable to a specific item.

The standard term is 1 year warranty on labour, parts, and call-out charges. Best Buy Fitness has its own service department and manages all warranty cases in-house. This allows us to respond very quickly to a malfunction.
For warranty cases, we use an exchange system. This means that if a piece of equipment shows a defect within the warranty period that cannot be resolved immediately on-site, you will receive a free loaner device. Your defective equipment will then be repaired in our workshop in Kapellen. This ensures you never have to go without equipment for longer than a day. In this way, you can keep all your customers satisfied.
